New Human Factors Chapter in Expert Witness Update
		In the latter part of 2000, Tom Boster was invited to contribute a chapter to the 2002 Wiley Expert Witness Update: New Developments in Personal Injury Litigation, to be published by Aspen Law & Business, a Division of Aspen Publishers, Inc. The chapter Tom prepared focuses on "Human Factors" and addresses how attorneys can best utilize a human factors expert witness in the preparation, settlement, and trial of a lawsuit.
