Since joining Boster, Kobayashi & Associates in 2005, Victor has been assigned to over 25 cases and has been deposed over 5 times. His cases involve highway maintenance, traffic safety and electrical systems maintenance.

Victor served a four-year apprenticeship in electricity while working for the U.S. Navy at Mare Island Naval Shipyard in Vallejo, CA.

He obtained an A.S. degree in electrical/computer science from Solano Jr. College.
