Ken has been assigned to over 1500 cases, been deposed over 250 times and testified in over 100 trials, since joining Boster, Kobayashi & Associates in 1992.

His cases involve traffic engineering, highway design and maintenance, roadway construction and traffic safety.

Ken attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he obtained both his B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering.
