how-we-work-boster_kobayashiPrior to accepting any new assignment, we conduct a conflict check to
ensure that we have not been previously retained by another party in
the litigation or claim. Once the conflict check has been completed,
we indicate our professional billing rates and can provide cost estimates
for the agreed upon work.

Estimates can be given only by our Chief Operating Office, Michael
Kreutzelman, who has over 20 years of experience with our firm.

Our clients, including attorneys, claims representatives, and occasionally private parties, are then requested to sign our standard contract and submit a retainer prior to work commencing.

Our firm provides a 24-hour emergency response service, which may include vehicle inspection, site evaluation and preliminary analysis to aid in the understanding of what may have occurred in the accident. Often this early documentation of physical evidence is valuable in providing important information for use in future litigation. We are pleased to provide this service to our valuable clients at our normal billable rates.
