Since joining Boster, Kobayashi & Associates in 1990, Mike has been assigned to over 2000 cases, been deposed over 160 times and testified in over 60 trials. His cases have ranged from motor vehicle accidents, vehicle defects, occupant restraints, and data recorders to machine guarding, propane systems and product design, to mention a few. Assignments have taken Mike throughout California, as well as to Hawaii, Alaska, Nevada, Louisiana, Arizona, Washington and Oregon.

In addition to his caseload, Mike has attended numerous seminars to supplement his knowledge of accident reconstruction and mechanical engineering, most recently attending the Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) three day conference.

Mike attended California Polytechnic State University where he obtained his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
