Since joining Boster, Kobayashi & Associates in 1997, Frank has been assigned to over 1500 cases, been deposed over 220 times and testified in over 70 trials.

His cases have ranged from accident reconstruction of vehicular, to work place/construction site accidents, premises liability, human factors and safety.

Assignments have taken Frank throughout California, as well as to Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, Pohnpei, and Palau.

Unusual cases Frank has worked on have involved motorcycle wobble crashes, 'explosion' of contaminated kerosene, defective glass bottles, and a visibility study of a lowly-lit stage performance.

Frank received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from the California Institute of Technology.
